Ginger

You can eat raw ginger or drink tea made with ginger or eat ginger capsules to avoid the condition of vomiting. Ginger is helpful in maintaining the functions of digestive system properly. It also blocks the unnecessary secretion in the stomach which gives way to vomiting. This is an effective home remedy for vomiting.

Onion

Take some onions and extract juice from them. You can take this juice after a gap of two hours as it is helpful home remedy for vomiting.

Peppermint

Peppermint tends to be soothing to the stomach and chamomile can have a calming effect. Sugar-free peppermint candies are also helpful to calm an upset stomach. While there are many over the counter medications which are helpful for treating nausea, indigestion and upset stomachs and some viral infections simply prevent the body from keeping medications ingested and in that case peppermint is the wonderful remedy for vomiting.

Naturally Treat Vomiting with Cinnamon

Take a cup of water and after mixing 1 cup of cinnamon, bring it to boil. Add 1 tablespoon of honey to make it sweeten. Have it two times a day as natural treatment provides relief from vomiting in few minutes.

Treat Vomiting with Holy Basil (Tulsi)

Avoidable Things
