Home Remedy for Jet Lag

Rosemary

Take a few drops of rosemary oil and add it in 1/2 cup of water. You can drink this decoction as it is beneficial home remedy for jet lag. You can take valerian tea after few hours of taking his decoction.

Milk

Take a hot cup of milk and add a pinch of nutmeg and ginger in it. Have this milk as it is helpful in slower down the affect of vata over the body. It is a good home remedy for jet lag.

Epsom Salt

Take some Epsom salt and bath with it as it is helpful in relieving the problem of
Jet lag. It is a helpful remedy for jet lag.

Tea

If you reach your destination before nightfall, you can take drink a tea made up of equal proportions of chamomile, mint, and jatamamsi. To make you have to take 1/3 teaspoon each of the herb and steeped in a cup of hot water for 10 minutes. This is an effective remedy for jet lag.

An hour before going to flight, take a piece of ginger or 2 capsules of ginger swallowed with water. It is a natural treatment for jet lag.
