Home Remedies for Itching

Neem

Neem is a wonderful home remedy for treating all kinds of skin problems. You can apply the neem oil on the itching area as it provides relief to the irritated skin. You can also take neem bath by boiling the neem leaves in bath water.

Aloe Vera

Prepare a mixture of cod liver oil, aloe Vera, vitamin E oil, lemon juice and wheat germ oil. Apply the mixture over the affected area as it will provide relief. It is effective and easy remedy for itching.

Remedy for Itching

White Vinegar

Take a cup of white vinegar and add it in your bathtub. Soak yourself in it for 10-15 minutes. This is an effective remedy for itching. You can also use apple cider vinegar in place of white vinegar in your bathtub.

Baking Soda

You can use baking soda for getting relief from itching. You can add baking soda in cool bath water. It is helpful in soothing skin irritations. It also alleviates itching from prickly heat, bee stings, insect bites and other minor skin ailments. It is a wonderful remedy for itching.

Natural Treatment for Itching

Naturally Treat Itching with Milk

Bathing with evaporated milk is good for treating itching. You can also mix oatmeal or baking soda to get better results. Milk can do the wonders and ease the situations. This is a natural treatment for itching.

Naturally Treat Itching with Chickweed Poultice

Chickweed poultice is good for itching. You can prepare the mixture by soaking 2 large handfuls of chickweed poultice in water. When the plants soften, cool them and apply directly on the skin as this can treat the itching naturally.

You can bath with adding little peppermint in the bathing water. It is an effective treatment for itching.

Cure itching with Coconut Oil

Make a paste of lime juice and coconut oil. Apply the paste over the effected area. This is a cure for itching.

Itching Diets

It is best to look after your diet if you want to stay away from itching. Diet which contains less amount of salt should be given to the itch affected person. Salt can give way to itching and irritation on body.

Avoidable things
