There is neither food deprivation nor carb counting. This is the main advantage of the French weight loss diet. The diet is easy to follow and can be implemented by everyone. The diet also includes rich and varied foods.

Disadvantages

The French diet may not be suitable for those who are always in a hurry and do not have the time to relish the food slowly. Also some of the items in the French diet may be very expensive.
