Walnuts can be a Healthy Substitute

You can replace high saturated fatty foods like cheese and meats with a few crunchy and healthy walnuts. Sprinkling them on your breakfast cereal will also add to the taste. Salads and pasta dishes can be livened up with a few walnuts too
