Organize your schedule properly. You should allow yourself enough to time for adequate exercising. Also take care to check your cycle frequently. The cycle needs to be maintained as well.
You must track your progress from time to time. Check out all the health indicators and modify your cycling routine accordingly.
The most important aspect of exercise is to enjoy yourself too. Setting impossible goals and going all out to achieve them will not be effective in the long run.
