You need to squeeze out all the air from the tip of the condom before using it otherwise it may come off during ejaculation.

Don’t use a lubricant or oil that you are not sure of. You can use a natural personal lubricant instead. Try applying it before putting on the condom.

You have to pull out the condom from the base after the sexual activity. Remember to throw away the used condom. Reusing a condom is extremely unhygienic. Remember to discard it even if you put it on the wrong way by mistake.
