Some common pregnancy problems

Pregnancy itself is very complicated state of female health and it requires a very dedicated and focussed daily health care. One has to be very careful about diet, cloth, medication, exercise and emotional and psychological well being. However despite all care there are certain complications which are very common during pregnancy.Nausea and vomiting, which is often reffered as morning sickness is very common in pregnancy. One can experience it withing the first month of the pregnancy and can sometimes last for nine months. It happens because of change in hormonal level so it is not matter of great concern and naturally subsides. But if the intensity is very high it can cause dehydration and one has to seek medical help.
Fatigue is another common complication for pregnant woman. Generally drop of energy level is common experience during pregnancy and it is not a matter of concern. However it the fatigue is severe it means that the hemoglobin level is very low and there are certain dietry correction required. One must go for through check up.
Constipation is also very common during pregnancy.Generally the muscle becomes stiff because of hormonal changes making passage of stool little dufficult. Also in certian cases woman may suffer from piles. It is important to take food rich in fibre and should take lot of fresh fruits and vegetables. Also one must take lots of water.
Urinary problems during pregnancy are also very frequent especially during the first few month. Frequent urination, pain, burning sensation in urine is some common problems. Also there is always increased chances of urinary tract infection. If you feel pain, bleeding or pus in urine you must immediately consult doctor. It is important that you drink lots of water and do not hold urination for long.
As the physical activity decreases the blood circulation becomes poor and woman may experience numbness in legs and feet, swollen ankle and feet leg cramps. It is important to do light excercises prescribed by your doctor.
Other complications are sudden growth of body hair, strong heartburn, hypertension, itching in the body and hair loss.
