Skincare during pregnancy
The nine months of pregnancy is the period of continuous physical changes and one have to be extra careful about health. As there are lots of hormonal changes that take place, it also impacts our skin so apart from the regular hygiene one has to be extra careful about the daily skin care routine during pregnancy.
Always remember that generally skin changes its type and becomes either too dry or suddenly too oily during this period. so you must alter your daily beauty care regime accordingly.
With sudden hormonal changes many women suddenly get acne on their face. So one has to be very careful about your diet. You must be more careful about your daily cleansing regime and make anti acne pack a regular part of your beauty regime so that you can control them before they become worse.
Also as the skin become very delicate and thin during pregnancy one has to be very careful when cleaning them. Do not use any hard scrubs and use mild natural products which are meant for delicate skin. Using baby soap will be a good idea. Also do not scratch your skin as they will end up as dirty marks on your skin.
Stretch mark is common complaints post pregnancy so it is always better to start treatment for stretch marks before they become worse. There area many good creams available in market that can prevent stretch marks also proper excercises helps in reducing stretch marks. Also applying cocoa butter and olive oil on the effected area is considered good for preventing stretch marks.
Also due to hormonal changes many women experience sudden growth of facial hair. Generally the problem is temporary and is naturally cured post pregnancy. However you can get rid of facial hairs at home.
Most of the time skin is more prone to infection and developes rashes and becomes blotchy. Take two glass of carrot juice daily to avoid pigmentation and cure the skin rashes and blotches. Also applying juice of carrot on your skin is is good idea to get rid of rashes.
Take extra care of your food and eat diet meant for pregnant women. Add food in your diet that are rich in iron, calcium, protein, vitamins and other essential micro nutrients. Add lots of fresh vegetables and raw salads which will keep your baby healthy and your skin glowing.
