Remove the Spots from your Face

We often find out that there is a new spot on our face. This spot may be yellowish or brown in color. Sometimes the spots turn absolutely black and can be termed as a beauty spot depending on its location. Exposure to the intense heat of the sun, trauma, medications and hormonal changes are all responsible for formation of facial skin spots. However, once you have them, it becomes quite an ordeal to get rid of it.

Treating the root cause may result in fading of the spots to some extent. Most people want to resort to cosmetic means of fading the spots. While this may not always be fool proof, it is, by no means, impossible.

Using a sunblock or sunscreen cream when you are outdoors may help to minimize further damage to your skin. It is best to wear protective clothing when you are sure of being exposed to the sun for long hours at a time.

Applying a sun lightening or mild bleaching cream regularly over the offending spot may help to fade it considerably. However, it is advisable to consult a dermatologist if you want to try out stronger bleaching agents on your skin.

Certain grandma’s recipes are useful to this day. Treating the spot with Aloe Vera, lemon juice or apple cider vinegar may be quite effective. However, remember to use them at least twice every day and refrain from going out into the sun until the lemon juice on your skin is dry. Juice of the garlic, when applied liberally over the affected part of the skin may helpto fade the spot too.

Laser therapy can be tried as a last resort. This method normally removes the spots completely. However, you need to go through a thorough skin testing technique before you can proceed with laser therapy.

Cryogenics, on the other hand, is a method of removing the spots by freezing it with liquid nitrogen.
