Prevent free radicals from taking away your good health

Free radicals play an important part in determining the health of a person. There is a clear relationship between free radicals and good health. Some people definitely look younger than the others who are of the same age. It is because they adopt a healthy lifestyle.

Your body will take care of you only if you take care of it. You cannot be guaranteed of good health even if you ignore it. You have to work at it. It is only those who take adequate care of themselves who look better. This is because they take every effort to take care of themselves both externally and internally. If you are healthier on the inside, the aging process will catch up with you only slowly. Health aging can be the result of various factors such as plenty of water, healthy diet, exercise, vitamin supplementation, plenty of water, less stress etc.

There is a delicate relationship between beauty and health. Free radicals are produced in the cells of the body and when the balance is disrupted the result is free radical damage. This can happen owing to poor eating habits or too much of stress. Greater damage by free radicals takes place in your body when you experience tremendous amount of stress and do not get appropriate nutrients and antioxidants to prevent damage of cells.

Excessive free radicals in your body can also cause genetic cell damage which can result in problems such as wrinkled skin and puffy eyes. Free radicals cause damage to your body just like rust can damage the look of your car. Oxidation inside your body can take place because of free radicals. This oxidation process can lead to other adverse problems such as heart disease, cancer, arthritis and others. You must choose the right foods to ward off these free radicals.  You can choose foods that are rich in anti-oxidants such as sweet potatoes, sprouts, lentils, carrots, green leafy vegetables, asparagus and others which can help your body to stay healthy. These foods are rich in helpful vitamins required to fight numerous diseases.

To enjoy optimal health you must feed your body with the right kinds of foods. This is because what you feed your body will help to determine the way you feel and the way you look.
