Perfume Do’s and Dont’s
Perfumes come in a lot of varieties and you may be feeling confused when it comes to choosing the right perfumes. You can turn a few heads by choosing mild and nicely scented perfumes which can keep you fresh all through the day. However, for maintaining maximum scent effect, you must choose and apply the perfumes correctly.
Perfume Do’s
When it comes to choosing perfumes, you must choose one that would be suitable for your personality and style. Just because your relative or friend has chosen it you must not choose the same. You can also try the perfumes in the shop and see how you like it before buying the same. This is because perfumes can have different effects on different people. By doing so, you will also be able to determine whether your body chemistry reacts to the perfume in a suitable way. According to the season, you can also change your perfume. In winter, you can choose a stronger perfume because the scent’s power can be reduced in winter. Since the sense of smell remains the highest in noon, you can shop for a perfume preferably in the afternoon.
You can use more perfume if you have dry skin. It is also advisable to use the perfume following your bath. In this way it can have a better effect because the perfume can be absorbed by the opened pored easily. When it comes to where the perfume is to be applied, you can use it on areas such as inside of your wrists, pulse points, behind the knees or ears, temples, toes and thighs etc.
Perfume Dont’s
You should not perfume excessively. This can make it uncomfortable for those present near you and even lead to headaches. Avoid using perfume near costume jewelry or pearls. Also you must refrain from using perfume with a deodorant soap as the combined smell can create unpleasantness. Be sure to use a perfume only after taking a skin test. You can see the reaction of the perfume on your skin by spraying a little on your skin and then decide on buying the same.
