Natural Remedies for Psoriasis

Skin cells grow very quickly when a person suffers from Psoriasis. In the case of this chronic skin disease, you can find red patches of thickened skin on areas such as knees, elbows, trunk and scalp. After removing their thick veins the leaves can be flattened out using a rolling pin and smoothened out. After they are warmed they can be applied to the affected areas smoothly in an overlapping manner. After placing woolen cloth over them, the leaves can be secured using a bandage and left for some time. Buttermilk can also work wonders in curing psoriasis and the person afflicted by this condition must consume it in liberal quantities.

You can also apply buttermilk compresses on the impacted areas which could be helpful in treating this condition. You can also use avocado oil which has been found to be beneficial in the treatment of psoriasis. This oil can be applied on the affected parts in a gentle manner.
