2.) Sleep more. The lesser you sleep the more you feel as well as look tired. Researchers have proved that when you sleep less, your body lowers the immune system function, thus reducing the number of germs fighting killer cells. Usually an adult requires at least 6-8 hours of uninterrupted sleep for a fresher morning.
3.) Learn to relax. When you are under stress for a long time, it declines the immune system’s capability of fighting diseases. Stress reduces the number of natural killer cell count and also reduces the macrophage activity which can boost up the immune system. it is important to kill stress by going out for a jog or even indulging in a dessert.
4.) Exercise more. It has been proved that those people who don’t exercise at all fall sick twice the number of times as compared to the ones who exercise regularly. It is advisable to go for a 30 minute brisk walk everyday for a healthier life.
5.) Laugh more. Laughter helps you reduce the stress hormones, thus increasing the immune cells of the body. Thus, enjoy the company of friends who have that sense of humor and laugh more.
