Make your own mouthwash
Market is full of many mouthwashes and toothpastes that claims to give you an everlasting fresh breath. However you do not have to depend on the expensive mouthwash from the market. You can always make your own mouthwash at home without spending fortune for them. These homemade mouthwash are easy to make, safe, inexpensive and very effective to fight bad breath.Add one tablespoon of baking soda, 4-5 drop of tea tree oil and 5 drops of pepermint oil to a quarter glass of water. This is the best mouthwash you can prepare at home and it is also very easy to make without any extra effort. Gargle with this solution for half minutes and you will get a cool fresh breath. Baking soda is good for oral health and removes oral odour. This is the best homemade mouthwash for people suffering from bad breath.
Lemon is known for fighting bad odour. Add two spoonful of minced sage leaves to one cup of brandy. Add juice of two mid sized lemon. Leave it for 15 minutes and your mouthwash is ready to use. Sage leave are very good for killing bad odour. If you do dont want to use brandy boil sage leaves in half glass of water.
Myrrh powder has power to fight bad breath and it is used in many toothpaste and mouthwash. Add two table spoon of Myrhh powder to two cops of boiling water. Add thyme and 10 drops of clove oil. Stop boiling When the water is reduced to half. Cool the solution off and your mouthwash is ready to use. It has very good anti bacterial property and is good for theb overall oral health. Also clove oil is helpful in curing tooth ache.
Another simple way to prepare homemade mouthwash is from mint and rosemary leaves.
Add two tablespoon of mint leaves and two tablespoon of rosemary leaves. Boil it in a cup of water and when the water is reduced to half let the solution cool off. You can also add 5-6 cloves to the solution. This is easy to make, inexpessive and yet very powerful to fight bad breath.
