Make your Arms Slim and Trim
You have lost a bit of weight and are reasonably pleased with yourself. But what about your arms? They still look fat and flabby. Not at all like the toned, hard muscled arms that you wanted to have. Adhere to this rule strictly and you will find the fat melt away from your arms in no time at all.
Exercise- You also need to build up your arm muscle tone. Lifting heavy weights will give you quicker results. Light weights will reduce the rate of your progress. So try and lift some heavy weights if you are seriously considering toning of your arm muscles.
