Look Good By Improving Your Body Posture
All of us have that impossible dream of looking good all the time. It is a difficult task. Yet we can try to make an effort. It’s true that make-up and clothes may help you achieve this temporarily but then the whole procedure is too expensive and may not augur too well in the long run. Don’t panic. You can look good by simply improving your posture. Here are some tips.
Look up while walking- This particular posture will make you look taller and add confidence to your stature. You will also look more friendly and approachable especially if you smile while adopting this posture. The hunched and bent look will be gone and you will be surprised at the number of warm and positive vibes that you will get by the simple gesture of looking up.
Keep your shoulders down- Get rid of that worried look riddled with tension. Even if you are not too anxious, your posture may make other people think so. Instead, pull down your shoulders. This will give you a more amiable and relaxed look and will also prevent the risk of strain on your shoulder ligaments.
Stretching- Try to stretch your muscles regularly. This will ease off your tension while helping to improve your spinal posture. Regular stretching will elongate your muscles and give you a wider range of motions.
Sleeping Posture- Checking your bed may make you uncover certain facts about your sleeping posture. Using too many soft pillows or cuddly toys on your bed will reduce your sleeping space. As a result you may suffer from lethargy or body aches during your waking hours. You may develop a crick in your neck which is extremely painful and may linger on for days. It is important that you develop a proper posture for sleeping. This will help to elevate your mood and will make you perform well throughout the day.
