We love to overstuff ourselves with lots of delicacies during Christmas or any other festival like Easter. We do not care anything in this world while having those Easter eggs. But before eating so many Easter Eggs, have you thought that it might affect your health and mood both? Research done by British Journal of Psychiatry revealed that consuming too much of fried and processed foods can make your feel blue and sad.Effect of processed and fast foods in the long term: Research done by British and French scientists has revealed that there is a strong connection between your diet and mood. The results have shown that those who consume fatty and processed foods have 60% more chance to become sad and depressed than those who do not. Doctors recommend whole foods in place of processed foods to keep you healthy, physically and mentally. You should not consume too much of processed and fatty food which can have a negative effect on your mood.

Relation of food and mood: Some foods can instantly change our mood. You may not feel good after consuming too much of calories, because you could realize it would affect your health negatively. Diet and our regular have a clear impact on our brain. Research has revealed that consuming antioxidants and folate in your food can affect your mood positively.

Fish: Fish are one of the most nutritious foods which contain Omega-3 fatty acid which have scientific effects to reduce your depression.
