Keep body odour away naturally
Body odour can make you the odd one out amongst your folks, your office colleagues, your friends and just imagine, when you are with your soul mate spending the most memorable time of your life and you are smelling bad. Body odour is not the result of just one thing but it has many reasons connected with it. Some of them are excessive sweating, lack of water intake, staying unhygienic and staying constipated etc. But this problem is not that big that you cannot cure it, in fact body smell can be cured at home only.
Here is how you can fight bad body smell and stay fresh all through out the day. First very important thing needed to fight this problem is to maintain proper hygiene. So take bath daily no matter what and in summers, take bath twice.
Adding some mint leaves to your bath will keep you refresh. Applying fuller’s earth once a week on your body will help you get rid of excessive sweat so that you do not smell bad. Keep your body free from any hair and specially the under arm and pubic hair. This rule goes for both girls and boys.
Keep yourself hydrated all the time and so, drink lots of water. Every day take at least one glass of lemonade so that your body if free from all the harmful toxins. Apart from all this, it is very important that we keep our self-free from constipation. For this, do some physical exercise daily.
Use an antiperspirant every day so that sweat is controlled through out your day. Boil some ginger and mint leaves in a glass of water and use this solution as the last rinse of your bath. This would help a lot in killing the bacteria caused due to dust and pollution all day long and so the hygiene would be maintained. And do not ever fail to wear a good perfume while going out of your home. Follow this and you will never have to face the disappointment amongst your people and the only thing that would stay away from you is body odour.
