Improve your blood circulation

A good blood circulation is very important for a healthy body and healthy mind. A proper blood circulation helps in supplying enough oxygen to your blood cells and keeping your metabolism intact.

However lack of proper blood circulation may cause various disorders including hypertension, obesity, lack of energy and stamina loss of memory and also increases the chance of heart ailments and disease related to nervous system. Also they results in hair loss, and dull and poor skin.

If you are tired easily, experiencing poor memory, cold feet and bluish tint on nails and breathlessness despite taking proper nutrition it means you are suffering from poor blood circulation.

Tips to improve blood circulation

Lack of physical activity is main reason for poor blood circulation. Do 30 minutes of physical excercises that suits you. Also 45 minutes of brisk walk improves your blood circulation. There are certain excersises like toe touching which are supposed to be good to improve blood circulation. Doing yoga regularly also enhance blood circulation.

Do a regular body massage, especialy a hot oil massage before taking bath. It is very effective to improve blood circulation. Also once in a month you can go for some professional to give your body a complete massage. More than blood circulation it will improve your skin and hair quality.

Another very effective way to improve blood circulation is to take a hot and cold shower. First take a bath with hot water. The temperature should be more than lukewarm that your body can tolerate. After that take bath with cold water. This is very good therapy for boosting blood circulation.

Food that improve blood circulation

Certain food also improves the circulation of blood in body. Include food in your diet which are rich in vitamin B, vitamin C, sulpher, magnesium and omega 3 fatty acid. Cosumption of Onion and garlic are supposed to be good to improve blood circulation. Eating Ginger with lemon and honey after meal is very good to improve blood circulation and stimulates our body cells.

Apart from that herbs like peppermint, Ginkgo biloba and Cayenne peper are considered very effective in curing poor blood circulation. Also eating Amla is considered good for blood circulation. Apart from that take low fat food and drink lots of water. Also cut on alchohal and smoking.
