By being obese you can suffer from many health problems. You will not only suffer from heart related ailments but also digestive problems, stress and back problems. Lack of exercise and poor eating habits or over eating are the main causes for obesity.

Good eating habits combined with regular exercise can lead you to have a healthy body which in itself is enough to ward off chronic diseases and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
