How to remove your makeup

Applying makeup is an art that demands great attention and time. But equally important art is to remove your makeup. Generally people take hours to apply makeup but do not put enough time to remove their makeup. Any trace of makeup left on your face will only harm it and more often it will lead to an ugly pimple or rash next day.There are certain things you must avoid.Do not ever sleep with your makeup on. Also in hurry most of the people wash their face directly after coming from a party. This is a very bad idea and you must avoid doing it. It leaves the traces of makeup on your face and will leave them dull and dry in the long run.

Always use soft cotton balls and pads to remove makeup. Do not use towel directly or your face to rub it.Dip the cotton balls in the deep cleansing milk. Then gently rub the makeup off from your face till it dissolves completely.If the makeup is heavy, you can use makeup cleansers that are available in the markets.

Take special care to remove eye makeup. There are many specialized eye makeup remover available in the market that you can use. Rub the area gently as this is very soft and sensitive spot. Take care that the cleanser do not get into your eyes.Similarly remove lipsticks from your lips using cotton balls and cleansing milk.

Once you have removed your makeup wash your face with a face wash or your homemade face pack whatever suits you. Pat your skin dry with towel or face tissue and after that apply a good moisturizer on your face by gently messaging it for two minutes. Do not forget to apply moisturizer on your lips and under eyes.

You can use your own makeup remover at home. Raw milk is very good to remove make up specially eye makeup. For heavy makeup you can use milk cream.This is the best makeup remover for dry skin. However people with oily skin must avoid it.

Plain yoghurt is also good natural makeup remover. People with oily skin can use coconut water or cucumber water. To remove eyemakeup olive oil mixed with caster or almond oil is very good . It moisturizes the under eye area and helps in remove puffiness and fine lines.
