How to reduce stress during pregnancy

The mother will face many ups and downs during pregnancy. She must be prepared to face many challenges and unexpected joys. However on the downside stress is a very common problem that affects many pregnant women. They must learn ways and means by which they can reduce stress so that they can deliver a healthy baby.
