August 22, 2009

For all those men who suffer from low sperm count there are numerous ways and remedies following which they can get over their problem easily. They can also follow the ways given below for benefiting from an increase in ejaculations.

Causes for low semen count

More than 50% of infertility in men is caused by poor eating habits in them. You cannot attribute this problem to genetic factor alone. Only by having a normal or high sperm count can you increase your chances of having a baby. The amount of semen that is produced also impacts the pleasure you derive while ejaculating.

Increase Ejaculations

The male reproductive organs are quite complex and a number of factors contribute towards a healthy reproductive system. On an average the number of sperms produced during ejaculations is about 40,000,000. This quantity can reduce as a person becomes older. Alcohol, caffeine, tight underwear and nicotine can also impact ejaculations.

How to increase sperm count?

You can improve your ejaculations as well as your sperm count by following a few simple things such as cutting down on processed foods or junk foods in your day to day diet. You must eat a nutritious high protein and low fat diet. You can also opt for organic foods. You can also refrain from taking bath in hot water and wearing tight fitting under garments. This is because the heat can greatly damage your sperm count.

Intake of alcoholic beverages must be limited and you must take up regular exercise. This can bring down the tension level of the body. You can also consume supplements that can improve your semen mass and boost your reproductive health. If you have the habit of smoking it pays to eliminate this habit as it can drastically affect your sperm count. Research has also proven that sperm count is of maximum volume in the morning hours. It is better to have sexual activity then.
