Also avoid heavy make up as it can leave the skin dull and lifeless.

It is very important for the people with sensitive skin to take care of their diet. One must keep away from hot and very spicy food. Consuming spicy food may results in redness and small rashes. Also you should take care that your digestive system is functioning properly.
As these skin kinds are very prone to dryness it is important to keep them hydrated all the time. So one should drink more than 8-10 glasses of water so that their system is free from any toxic substance. Also you must keep check on your tea and coffee intake.
General hygiene for sensitive skin
You have to be extra careful about general hygiene of your skin. Wash your hands properly before washing your face. Do not touch your face too much with bare hands. Also over washing can also leave them dry and patchy.
