How to avoid being Listless and Tired
Working out vigorously or getting involved in physical labor can certainly exhaust you. However, the exhaustion also helps in uplifting your spirits and makes you sleep soundly at night. All in all, the physical workout may prove to be healthy for you in the long run. However, you may also experience fatigue without resorting to any kind of physical toil. This type of fatigue is extremely unhealthy and may well be the source of various stress related diseases that are the bane of modern lifestyle.
E-mails and Text messages- Answering e-mails or text messages constantly may tire you out completely. This will result in undue annoyance, irritation and stressful conditions which may not be helpful for your wellbeing. Switch off all your gadgets and spend time doing simple pleasurable things instead. Lifting your mood up will help you to stay healthy and cheerful.
Untidiness- The sight of a cluttered desk or home may tire your eyes too. One look at the mess around you and you feel depressed immediately. This leads to exhaustion as you end up feeling angry and frustrated. It is best to clear the clutter from your surroundings if you want to relax. A neat and clean home and office will help to uplift your spirits and put a smile on your face.
Unclean Air- Polluted air, laden with toxic micro-organisms can wreck havoc on your health. Air your carpets and clean your indoors thoroughly. Getting rid of the dampness will help to destroy the mildew as well. It is a good idea to freshen up the air with the aid of an air purifier.
Posture- Staying hunched up at your desk as you work for long hours on your computer will leave you with a shoulder ache and bad back. Cradling the telephone receiver between your shoulders and ear will stretch your muscles unduly as well. Adopting such poor postures will make you feel listless and drowsy. It is a good idea to do some simple stretching and bending exercises if you want to stop back and shoulder problems in future.
