Egg yolk is another nourishing pack for all kind of hair and makes it shiny and thick.
Protect your hair from dust and pollution. Using a hair scarf is not such a bad idea if you are going out in sun. Also always remember to comb twice or thrice a day and must before going to bed. Also stay away from hair styling gels with high chemicals.
Take care of your diet. Drink atleast 10-12 glass of water and eat food rich in protein and vitamins. Also include lots of fresh vegetables and fruits in your diet. These are the simple routines to bring the health back to your hair.
