You can undertake a regular scalp massage using a herbal oil to foster hair growth and prevent baldness. Blood circulation to the scalp can be increased through massaging. This is especially important after a prolonged illness as blood circulation may not be normal during such time.
You can massage hair in a circular way to improve blood flow to the scalp and make it normal. Almond oil can be used for massaging your hair and scalp. You can also use a mixture of castor oil and almond oil which can work wonders in preventing hair loss.
