High blood pressure and natural remedies
Hypertension or high blood pressure refers to high pressure in the arteries. Blood is carried by the pumping heart to all the organs and tissues of the body through the arteries or vessels. Normal blood pressure is below 120/80. If your blood pressure is between 120/80 and 139/89 it is referred as pre-hypertension, and you may be suffering from high blood pressure if your blood pressure is over 140/90.Over the years high blood pressure can affect your arteries and also put pressure on your heart.
