You often have to place the best foot forward to get good impression from others. You must pay ample attention to feet care as they are the most ignored part of the human body. By having strong and healthy feet, you will be able to balance your body weight properly.
You must take stock of the most comfortable shoes we have and eliminate stuff which does not fit us well. Many women like to wear heels. Though they look beautiful on a person’s feet, they can cause harm to our body as well.
You can tend to tilt your body forward while wearing heels and this can cause aching feet and harm the Achilles tendon and result in further damage. You must choose shoes which have soft soles. While buying shoes, it pays to buy leather shoes as it fits correctly by following the curves of the feet. The shoes must be of a size that enables us to wiggle our toes. Flats can be bought instead of heeled shoes.
If you are residing in an area which has cold climate, you can buy insulated shoes.
You must also cultivate a good walking pattern. Walking is an intricate form of exercise and is based really on instinct and reflex. You can compromise your feet’s arch and alignment by wearing heels. More than choosing to be stylish by choosing the latest heels and 3-inch stilettos, it is more important to have healthy feet. This can really help you to put your best foot forward.
