Canola oil has also been recognized for reducing the risks of coronary diseases due to its low content of saturated fats.

Rice Bran Oil- This highly beneficial oil is extracted from the inner husk of rice. It is commonly used as a medium for frying as it has a high smoking point. But the real goodbness of the oil lies in the many dietary benefits that we stand to gain from it. The oil is an extremely rich source of Vitamin E specially when consumed at room temperature. Antioxidants that can prevent heart attacks are also present in this beneficial cooking oil. Phytosterols are an important component of the oil and helps in lowering cholesterol absorption in the body.

Olive Oil- The goodness of olive oil has been extolled through the ages. While the effects of this extremely light oil on the skin makes it an ideal beauty product, the nutritious value of the oil cannot be ignored either. The high amount of monosaturated fat in olive oil is effective for reducing the risk of coronary disease. Blood pressure as well as blood sugar levels can be kept in control by including olive oil in your daily diet as well. Adequate amounts of Vitamins K and E present in the oil will also help you to stay fit and healthy even as you age.
