Heal constipation
Constipation is a very common problem as we all know and it happens more to people who are working. The main reason for this is that people who are working are more likely to eat junk and fast food. Secondly they do not follow a proper daily routine of eating in order and sleeping in order and this disturbs their main cycle that in turns causes constipation.
Lot many of us have bulging tummies and waists and we try a lot to get rid of it. But have you ever tried to guess the reason behind its cause? It is the constipation that leads to fat in our body. When the waste food that is not digested by our body is not flushed out from our system the next day and so on, it starts getting hard and converts to fat.
Constipation also makes you feel week, feverish and bad breath is also caused due to it. To heal and cure constipation we first have to change our daily routine. It is advised that you all take proper night sleep and take your dinner at least one hour before going to bed so that it gets digested. Stop consuming junk food completely for a month and switch on to drinking almost twelve glass of water every day. Some exercise daily is also very important. You do not necessarily have to go for a hard-core exercise routine, but jogging or cycling for fifteen minutes daily is a must. At office too, try to take a walk for ten minutes every three hours. Take lots of green leafy veggies and fibrous fruits so that constipation heals up fast.
Take your food on time always and instead of eating heavy, try to take light meals. Herbal tea is another option that you can try to get rid of constipation. These helps in digestion of the food properly and have no side effects as they have all natural ingredients like senna leaves, aloe vera extract etc. One cup after dinner works like wonders for every body. So try any of the remedy and cure constipation and live a healthy life.
