Get a Wrinkle Free Look
The 21st century woman wants to look smarter and younger. No one cherishes the thought of looking old and haggard and many will go to any length for getting that young and beautiful look.
As we all know that our body changes with aging and there are manifestations of the process on our faces. The face is lined with wrinkles as we grow old. Most of us would like to get rid of it. A face lift or surgery for a smoother younger look may be the last resort. There are other ways to minimize the effects of gravity on our face and get a wrinkle free look.
Prevention is better than cure says the age old proverb. It is certainly true if you want to reduce the wrinkles on your skin. Abstaining from alcohol and smoking may help in preventing wrinkles. Liberal application of sun-block creams are a must before going out into the sunlight. Moisturizing the skin with cool water, regular facial massages and drinking water and fruit juices all help to keep the skin soft, supple and wrinkle free for a longer time.
Exercise of the facial muscles regularly also helps to minimize wrinkles. The facial muscles can become stronger and firmer and problems of a weak jaw, sagging skin and wrinkled neck can be effectively combated by proper exercise. People with a double chin can also exercise in order to get rid of it. Care must be taken to moisten the face and neck properly before exercise.
Creams and Face Masks- Home made masks or commercially available creams all claim to remove wrinkles and leave your face smooth. Although there may be no miraculous reversing of the aging effect, some of these creams do actually help in smoothing the skin as they contain albumin and collagen. Hormone based creams may smooth out the wrinkles but using them also cause side effects. It is always wise to consult a physician before using hormonal products.
