Every woman has the desire for beautiful glowing skin which is soft and smooth. That is the reason the whole beauty market is flooded with various cosmetics, and beauty products that comes with all sort of promises that often leaving people confused.  However the formula for natural beautiful skin is very simple.

It does not matter what skin type you have, daily cleansing, toning and moisturizing is must for the healthy skin. This is the first thing you must do when you get up. Once you make it a part of your daily skin care, half of your skin problem is gone.

Even with best of beauty care you cannot get healthy skin if you suffer from stress. So try to keep off stress and tension at a distance. It is always good to do a regular exercise so that your body remains fit and stress free. About 30 minutes of yoga is best to beat stress.
