Take a healthy breakfast
The morning breakfast is very important but due to busy lifestyle we tend to ignore it. A heavy breakfast keeps your energy level high for the rest of the day and will also keep a check on your hunger cravings.
You should make sure that your morning breakfast include a glass or milk or fruit juice, fresh fruits and some cereals.
