Eat Right for Healthy Hair
Beautiful and shiny hair is the desire of all women. However to achieve beautiful hair, just cosmetics and hair products are not enough. Like other body parts our hair requires balanced diet to remain healthy.
What your hair tells about your diet?
Most of our hair problems originate from dietary irregularities. Premature grey hair means that there is vitamin B deficiency in your diet. Dry and brittle hair indicates lack of protein, retarded hair growth signifies lack of vitamin C, lacklustre and rough hair indicates lack of Vitamin A and dandruff means that your diet lack fibres and essential oil.
So you must ensure that your diet is balanced. Lack of any of these nutrients will leave your hair dull, damaged and lifeless no matter whatever expansive shampoo, hair oil, conditioner or hair product you are using.
