Early Symptoms of Cancer

Cancer still remains one of the most dreaded diseases of all times. However, it can be completely eliminated from the body if the tell tale signs of the disease are detected early enough. Taking adequate precautions to halt the progress of carcinoma is important too. Although the initial symptoms of cancer can mimic the symptoms of certain other disease as well, we need to be extra careful if we detect the following signs.

Initial Symptoms- A tumor or external lump that increases rapidly is a clear indication that something is wrong with you. The lump may remain painless at first but it will certainly not do to ignore it as inconsequential. A change in the color of a mole or wart is another symptom that cannot be ignored either. A persistent sore throat as well as a total change in bladder and bowel movement routine can spell cancer as much as the instances of unnatural bleeding from the anus or the uro-genital tract.

Coughing or spitting out blood frequently is a well known symptom of  cancer as well. Chronic digestive problems which refuse to abate even when you intake nothing but bland home cooked food is yet another indication of something being seriously wrong with you.

Symptoms for Leukemia-  Blood cancer or leukemia is difficult to detect in the early stages because the patient often shows symptoms of anemia at first. Persistent anemia associated with a feeling of lethargy and extreme fatigue is one of the earliest signs of the usually terminal disease. It is best to start the treatment well before losing blood by bleeding.

Symptoms for Brain Cancer- This type of cancer is characterized by dizziness as well as drowsiness with prominent changes in the eye movement as well as coordination of limbs. Frequent bouts of convulsions together with sudden and irreversible change of behavioral patterns can all indicate the onset of brain cancer.

Intense headaches along with nausea and vomiting are also found in a person suffering from brain cancer. A general feeling of weakness along with a numbing sensation in the extremities is often associated with brain cancer as well.
