Don’t let Sunlight Double Your Age

According to scientists from Germany and Netherlands, too much of exposure to sun light can increase your aging signs. Intake of tomatoes can protect people from the harm of ultra violet rays.According to the researchers eating 40 gms of tomatoes everyday can lower the risk of being burnt by sun by 40%. The effect can be further improved by adding some olive oil with tomato salads etc. Tomatoes can help in sun proof to a great extent according to these scientists. Women have to safeguard themselves from the uv rays because it is the main factor that leads to faster ageing.

It is also better to eat less light-sensitive vegetables. If you do not wish to age quickly you must refrain from eating vegetables such as white radish, celery, cilantro etc. These vegetables can make skin prone to develop freckles after exposure to the sun.

In summer, you can benefit greatly from the intake of fruits such as strawberry, kiwi fruit, cabbage and oranges which can hamper the deposit of color elements and lead to skin whitening. You must also not wash your face using hot water immediately after exposure of your face to the sunlight.

After exposure to sun light for a long time it pays to have a cold water bath which can help skin to cool down and prevent reddening of face. Skin pores would open and capillary vessels can fill with blood leading to spots and wrinkles on skin by bathing in hot water after prolonged exposure to sun light.

Colorful T-shirts can also be worn to hinder sun light. Colorful attire made of cotton can filter the UV much better than white clothes. You must also ensure that you protect your eyes from the ultraviolet rays of the sun. You must protect both the eyes and eye skin.

Skin around eyes may be fragile and sun exposure can quicken aging signs leading to eyebags, dark circles, wrinkles etc. You can again make use of tomatoes to protect skin from sun. You can also wear appropriate eye wear such as sun glasses to have overall protection.
