You should not snack at your desk or eat while commuting. Instead you must savor every meal, no matter, how busy you may be. If you have a plate served with food on a table, you will eat smaller quantities and in a more healthy manner. Also in this way you will not feel the need to snack on anything.
You must try to have breakfast at home. You must refrain from skipping breakfast as this can cause you to binge during the day. To eat healthy, you can stock up on easy to prepare breakfast foods at home. A cup of yoghurt, a fruit and a toast can make a good and healthy breakfast.
You can also consume more water so that you have a feeling of being full. If you cannot bring yourself to drinking so much water, you can try flavored zero calories drinks or lime juice which can make you healthy by not adding on to your calorie consumption. It can be quite frustrating when it comes to losing weight. Many times you may find that your body is not being cooperative. Keep in mind that your body is designed to nourish a child for up to a year after you give birth. If you try eating very little food or a starvation diet, you will not only find it all the more difficult to lose weight, but you can also start gaining weight subsequently. You must try to increase your activity levels and eat healthy portions. You must consume an extra 1000 calories if you are breastfeeding your baby.
