Dealing with a Hangover

If you have partied all night and have been drinking all night you are surely going to wake up with a nasty hangover. You are going to feel lousy and if you are planning to go to work it is sure to ruin your performance for the day.If you do have a hangover then drink plenty of liquids; especially fruit juices as it helps to remove the alcohol in the body much faster. The more you drink the more urine you will pass. It is beneficial to drink water to which honey has been mixed as it will help flush out the alcohol.

Drink an extra cup of coffee in the morning as it will help with your headache. If you have a very bad headache take a tablet to ease the pain. If you have a really bad hangover then it is better to take care of how you drink the next time.

If you are planning on drinking set a limit for yourself. Never mix your drinks as you will get drunk faster and also get a bad hangover. If you drink make sure that you do not drink on an empty stomach as the drink goes straight to the head. Avoid eating anything sweet with your drink as that too makes you get high very quickly. Sip your drink slowly and you will find yourself drinking less.

Avoid mixing a drink with a fuzzy drink as the gas in the drink makes you also get high quicker. Take a small drink rather than a large one.

If even after being careful you find yourself with a hangover then eat properly the next day and try and just sleep it off. If you are vomiting then that is a sign that you have mixed your drinks. Let it all come out and you will feel better. Even when you come home from your night out have two three glasses of water no matter how full you are so that you do not get dehydrated.

These simple tips can be used to overcome your feeling of nausea and headaches.
