Although a few cigarettes have been marketed as pesticide free or low tobacco, all of them contain nicotine which is toxic for our body. Smoking can definitely cause lung cancer and can be pin pointed as a cause for other fatal diseases as well. However, if you are addicted to them, you must try to reduce the quantity.
Cancer- Cancer of the colon and prostrate affects a lot of middle aged men. Including fibrous food in your daily diet may help you to lessen the risk considerably. Fruits, vegetables and whole grains are ideal for staying healthy and can help to prevent cancer of the prostrate and colon. Regular physical examination becomes mandatory once you cross the age of 55. Frequent urination should be reported to your doctor immediately.
