Can you Reverse Age With Creams?
Each one of us wants to retain that fresh youthful look and find it hard to accept that we are growing old. Does make up help? Or the other beauty products that flood the market? What about the Anti-aging creams? They do promise to rid your skin of all blemishes and age marks! These creams also claim to restore the natural chemicals which are reduced gradually with age. In spite of promising ever lasting youth, the effects of such creams are not permanent. However, some ingredients may work and succeed in minimizing the damage caused by prolonged exposure to the solar rays. Traditionally, women have always been known to be more obsessed with beauty. As a result most Anti-aging creams target them while marketing their products.
Components of Anti-aging creams -Most of them do have some form of retinol, boslowox, alpha & beta hydroxyl acids and peptides in them. They are mostly a combination of skin tighteners, collagen stimulators and anti oxidants. Some of them also include a sunscreen for getting rid of the tan. Almost all these ingredients can be labeled as natural cosmetics. Studies have shown that European women show a tendency to age first. Their skin is more prone to lines & wrinkles. Women having a tanned complexion, however, do not require extensive anti-aging treatment. Less exposure to the sun and regular rejuvenating of the skin will take care of most of their problems. Some Anti-aging creams can be used easily at home and are now being preferred by women, world wide.
Do they work?- You have to be realistic while using these beauty skin care products. You will not look young overnight, nor will you turn into a raving beauty. The Anti-aging creams can only make your skin more healthy and rejuvenate it. Consulting a dermatologist is always a wise move before embarking on a skin care and anti-aging treatment. Sharing of Anti-aging creams with friends & family is not recommended as they may not be suitable for your skin and cause more damage than good.
