Beauty care before going to bed

After going through the physical and mental hardwork of all kind, human body just longes for a soft cosy bed to relax itself. However before going to bed there are some regular beauty regime you must follow to enjoy a good sleep and wake up in the morning with relaxed mind and beautiful skin.Oral care

It is very important to brush your teeth before going to bed. Also clean your tongue properly and wash your mouth with a good mouthwash. This will not only improve your overall oral hygiene but will also prevent bad breath.

Night skincare

Do not forget to remove makeup from your face before going to bed. After removing your face and eye makeup, wash your face gently with some natural cleanser or a mild face wash. It is very important to clean your face before going to bed as it is exposed to dirt and pollution of all kind throughout the day.

After washing  pat your face dry with a towel and apply night cream of moisturizer on your face.  Apply a thick coat of moisturizer on your lips to keep them soft and pink.

Always do a hair massage with oil and then comb your hair. Even if your scalp is very oily and you do not apply oil at night, follow the combing and massaging routine. It will keep your hair tangle free and will prevent hair fall.

Foot care

Add some salt to warm water and soak your feet for 10 minutes. Scrub the dead skin and wash the feet. After washing your feet wipe them with towel and apply some foot cream or petroleum jelly and wear a loose cotton socks. It will not just prevent any ugly cracks but will also relax your tired feet and will give you a sound sleep.

Relax your eyes

It is important to relax your eyes as they hardly get any relief throughout the day. Wash them with cold water. After that put cotton balls dipped in rosewater or cucumber juice on closed eyes and relax for 10-15 minutes. After that apply a good undereye cream. It will keep your eyes bright and will remove any puffiness or dark circles under your eyes.
