Apart from their various importance health benefits, these wonder fruits are very important beauty aid.
Amla and hair care
Amla is the best herb for the overall hair care that the nature has gifted us. What is more important that their application in any form, be it powder, paste or dried form are equally effective for our hair.
Make a paste of fresh Amla fruit. Extract its juice and apply massage your scalp with this juice. Leave it for 45 minutes and wash it off. You can leave it overnight and wash your hair in the morning. This is the best hair tonic that you can afford. It immediately stops the hair fall and also darkens the grey hair. More than that it has very soothing effect for your scalp.
Adding a few lemon drops to amla juice also helps in removing dandruff from the scalp.
Amla is a natural shampoo. Soak the dried Amla overnight alond with Sikkakai(Acacia concinna) overnight in an iron container. In the morning squeez the fruit and you can use this water to shampoo your hair. It naturally cleanses your hair and scalp without any harmful effect of chemical based shampoo.
Take equal amount of dried Amla powder and henna powder. Make a paste of them using sour curd. Soak this paste overnight and apply on your hair in the morning. in an iron container. In the morning apply this paste on your hair and roots. leave the paste for atleast an hour. This Amla and henna pack is the best for grey hair. Also it helps in fighting any kind of scalp skin infection. Use this hair mask atleast twice a week for one month and after that you can use them once in a week or 10 days.
In two to thee months only you will find a remarkable difference in your hair quality with no grey hairs and a healthy shiny black hair.
